DHL shipping is offered to most of countries, and we charge shipping fee according to the weight of your order package.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Generally, your order will be processed within 2 business days excluding the weekend and public holidays after payment is confirmed. For non-stock or Preorder products, Sigelei Store team will process your order once we have stock or launch it.
Please note that in normal conditions, the estimated delivery time takes around 7 business days to destinations. But from time to time, we do experience heavy shipping volumes or peak season, the delivery time might take a bit longer.
Kindly note that order processing time should be added on to shipping time to get the total delivery time to receive your order package.

After receiving your message, our store service team will respond to you immediately.
Order Tracking
